1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product should not be damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way.

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
